Carnival is offering new fares exclusively to agents of Pulaski Tickets & Tours Travel Agency. Carnival’s special rate is called “net fares”. These net fares are only available to you if booked by our in-house agents in New York. In order for Carnival to continue providing this special rate, this policy must be adhered to. Please note, these fares are not for your friends, family or clients. If these fares are booked by an agent other than our in-house agents, your agent benefit status may be jeopardized.
